Creating a new deck from flashcards in an already existing deck

I am trying to figure out how to create categorized decks from an already existing deck (which I downloaded online). The downloaded deck is tagged (multiple tags per flashcard) so I am capable of suspending flashcards (by brute force). This is inefficient however. I want to know if there is a way to extract the flashcards I am interested in and create new decks by using the already existing tags. Sorry if this has been answered already, I couldn't find it using the search.

Add a deck
Browser. Select cards by tag. Change decks to new deck.



Thanks. I used "Change Deck" in the Browser tab after selecting the cards. That seemed to work for me.
