Use Google Docs to host your video:



Instructions:
1.Upload a video (I used an .m4v) to Docs
2.Click on the video in Docs and it will open a "download" page.
3.Rt Click the "Download (file size)" link and copy the link location (mac)
4.Remove the download portion of the link. 
Shown below in quotations:
https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0Bzutj08Zh87UODk5MGIwMDktMTM0Ni00Zjg2LTg3NGQtM2M1M2NhZmE4MGFi"&export=download&hl=en"

It will look like this:
https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0Bzutj08Zh87UODk5MGIwMDktMTM0Ni00Zjg2LTg3NGQtM2M1M2NhZmE4MGFi

5.Go to a site like www.freevideocoding.com and use your the edited link.  It will create an embed code.
6.Go to your Google Site, click edit page, click the HTML button on the toolbar and paste the code. 
7.When you save your page, it will load your video.

Instructions:
1.Upload a video (I used an .m4v) to a page on your site using the ATTACHMENTS field at the bottom of the page.
2.RT Click the download link and copy the link location (mac)
3.Remove the download portion of the link.  Shown below in red:

    https://sites.google.com/site/mistersill/docs_videotest/rosebowl.m4v?attredirects=0&d=1

It will look like this:
    https://sites.google.com/site/mistersill/docs_videotest/rosebowl.m4v

4.Go to a site like www.freevideocoding.com and use your the edited link.  It will create an embed code.
5.Go back to your Google Site, click edit page, click the HTML button on the toolbar and paste the code. 
6.When you save your page, it will load your video.
