Use Google Docs to host your video: Instructions: 1.Upload a video (I used an .m4v) to Docs 2.Click on the video in Docs and it will open a "download" page. 3.Rt Click the "Download (file size)" link and copy the link location (mac) 4.Remove the download portion of the link. It will create an embed code. 6.Go to your Google Site, click edit page, click the HTML button on the toolbar and paste the code. 7.When you save your page, it will load your video.
