In order to convert a picture, you just need to enter an url OR select a picture from your computer (gif,jpeg,png) (Max 1 Mb = 1000 Kb)
To get better picture quality change into the form the Size to a number like 4 , 3 , 2 or 1. (Color on=checked, off=unchecked)

What's the interest to convert a picture to text or html version ?
